By downloading, installing, or using VoxScribe AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
VoxScribe AI is an AI-powered voice transcription application that records audio, transcribes speech to text, and formats the output using artificial intelligence. The App offers Free, Plus, and Pro tiers with different capabilities.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use VoxScribe AI only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Record conversations without the consent of all parties involved
- Use the App to produce content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the App or its services
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Free Tier
- Up to 5 transcriptions per month
- Maximum 2-minute recording length
- 4 raw text transcriptions + 1 AI-formatted transcription per month
- Supports 99 languages for transcription
- No advertisements
Plus Tier — $7.99/month or $59.99/year
- Unlimited transcriptions
- Maximum 10-minute recording length
- All 8 AI formatting modes
- Full translation (99 languages)

Pro Tier — $12.99/month or $99.99/year
- Everything in Plus
- Unlimited recording length
- Custom AI formatting prompt
- Import audio files (MP3, M4A, WAV)
- Ask All My Notes cross-note AI search
Subscription fees are billed through Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policies. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual Property
- VoxScribe AI and its original content are the exclusive property of the App developer
- Your transcription content remains your own intellectual property
- By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your audio solely for transcription purposes
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- Transcriptions will be 100% accurate
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The App will meet your specific requirements
AI transcription accuracy varies depending on audio quality, accent, background noise, and language.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time through Settings → Account Actions → Delete Account.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
